One bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4: queen bed in bedroom with new hotel quality foam mattress; queen sleeper sofa in living room with new foam topper, and full size alcove bed in living room with new foam topper. 2 flat screen TVs, DVD, cable, wi-fi in unit, new full size washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen with new microwave, gas stove and refrigerator; iron, ironing board, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hair dryer included.

 

There are 10 pools on site and one beachfront pool at the clubhouse; 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, free mini golf, and a fitness room (18 and over only).

 

There are some great restaurants and things to do right outside the gates that surround Gulf Highlands. Out the back gate is Bayou on the Beach; and out the gate behind the second row of buildings to the right is The Shoppes at Edgewater where there is a Waffle House, Los Rancheros, Montego Bay, Sweet Basil’s, Firefly, CiCi’s Pizza, Subway, Ice Cream Bar, Bowling and Roller Skating Rink.
